HR Department helps company leaders to establish their own HR departments – externally. We want to reduce the administrative burden to create more time for business – we strive to make it easy for employees to create excellent results in line with the company’s strategic goals.

 

HR Department was established by Malene Hald Pedersen who has extensive experience with HR, Executive Management and global leadership from national and international corporations, for example from roles such as Managing Director and Vice President HR, and with responsibilities for Global Human Resources, Management of six offices globally, global IT and Marine HR.
